Shipping Policy for Next Wear PK
At Next Wear PK, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and quickly, no matter where you are in Pakistan. This policy explains everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Delivery Coverage
We only deliver within Pakistan, covering all cities, towns, and villages. Whether you are in a major city like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or in a smaller town or remote area, we’ll make sure your order reaches you.
2. Shipping Charges
We keep our shipping costs simple and affordable:
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a fixed delivery fee of PKR 250 for all orders across Pakistan.
- No Hidden Charges: The delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout. There are no extra fees or surprises.
For now, we do not offer free shipping, regardless of the order size.
3. Delivery Time
We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible:
- Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, we prepare and pack it within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time:
- Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.
- Smaller Towns and Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy seasons (like Eid) or due to unforeseen events (such as public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather).
4. Courier Services
We partner with trusted delivery companies in Pakistan, such as:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P
These companies ensure that your package is handled carefully and reaches your address safely.
5. Payment Options
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. You can pay the delivery rider directly in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- Please make sure you have the exact amount of PKR 250 (plus the order cost) ready at the time of delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your package on the courier company’s website.
7. What Happens if Delivery is Delayed?
While we do our best to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to:
- Bad weather conditions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
If there’s a delay, we will keep you updated through email or WhatsApp.
8. Issues with Your Order
If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help!
- Missing Items: If something is missing from your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll fix it.
- Damaged Items: If your package is damaged during delivery, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The delivery rider will try to contact you to confirm the correct address.
- If delivery fails because of the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. You will need to pay another PKR 250 for re-delivery.
To avoid this, double-check your address when placing the order.
10. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to:
- Change your shipping address, or
- Cancel your order
Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
